Why is that 97% of the time I decide to go to this place the after effects leave me with a discomfort in my stomach. I've been to mc ds everywhere but none like this one. Is it me or other people experiencing the same thing?

I've not experienced any problem, but I don't go to the specific location often.

Previously I haven't had the best service every time. The last couple times I've been in have been awesome. However, sometimes it's a matter of when you go in. That is a great local place for young kids to work. So maybe they have had many call offs and the person working that area may not be 100% trained just a body for the job. Not making excuses just saying from my years of experience working there. That particular McDonald's is an extremely busy one.
