You are allowed to bring a gallon size ziplock bag full of snacks per person and a unopened bottle of water up to a gallon per person. It's on their website. I brought them to a concert and has no problems.
It depends on when you leave, what night it is, and how many people are at the show. I recommend walking to the parking lot at Walnut Creek Elementary School. That will save time, as it takes forever to get out of the lot once in an uber if you get one at the designated pickup area.
Is the open air reserved seating handicapped (wheelchair) accessable?
Fred Lozen | Jun 30, 2022
robert henderson | Jun 30, 2022
Open air or lawn is not reserved seating-- would be handicapped accessible and they have handicapped sections designated on the lawn down front hope this helps
They require a negative Covid test result paper you can get from your doctor or pharmacist or your vaccine card. Each venue and event is different so please check online where you purchased you tickets. That site should have sent you an email of what they require.
Yes you can still take advantage of this for FREE. You're supposed to show your bank card, but this last concert they didn't ask to see it from anyone.
How does using uber to and from a hotel to the amphitheater work?
Precious Strickland | Sep 28, 2020
Randy Overton | Sep 28, 2020
They have a drop off and pick up location. Better to call to be sure, but I think it is located at the VIP parking vicinity.
Can you bring in blanket and chair
Nancy Herbert | Sep 29, 2019
Kimberly Perry | Sep 29, 2019
You can definitely bring a blanket but they have some restrictions in chairs, we used shirt beach chairs that were perfect. If you check on their website they give the exact measurements but as long as they are low to the ground chairs they don't worry about it to much.
It may vary by show, but for the Imagine Dragons concert yesterday, early access parking ($20) opened at 3pm for tailgating. Gates were supposed to open at 6pm with a showtime start of 7pm.
I wish I could answer that for you but I honestly don’t know. I would suggest calling the venue, though unfortunately venues are notorious for not answering the phones.
They have a sign before you enter on the size of the bag you are allowed to bring in..you may could get away with one of the smaller 6 can ones..try calling them to be sure
Yes there was a taco/nacho truck, BBQ truck, and a mini donut truck. Inside there were places that sold pizza, chicken tenders & fries, and pretzels. U can also take any food u want to in with u as long as it is in a clear plastic zip loc bag. We took big plastic water bottle in with us too.
We have tickets to Doobie Brothers… my husband is a disabled vet and cannot walk the long distance to our seats in section 6. He does not have a wheelchair at this time. Are there golf carts to get us from the entrance/parking to our seats?
Tomma Hargraves | Jun 30, 2022
K Morlando | Jun 30, 2022
Yes, they have courtesy shuttles, you may need to call ahead of time. Haven't used it myself but have seen them many times there.
Looking at tickets for Tedeshi Trucks, the reserved open air are around $50.00 a piece, the open seating lawn (ga) are over $200... Is that right.. that the lawn general addmission is four times the seated tickets?
Fred Lozen | Jun 30, 2022
NC “NCRedWing” REDWING | Jun 30, 2022
Ticketmaster is not showing any seating available for sale on Moe's Lawn so that could be resale ticket pricing. Seating is still amply available starting at $45 plus fees
Depending on the artist, and current CDC guidelines. You currently would need either a negative test within 72, hours of the show or vac card. Onsite testing was available for a fee.
Is the venue requiring a booster to be fully vaccinated or just the 2 original doses ?
Tracey Stokes | Mar 2, 2022
Nathan Wheeler | Mar 2, 2022
We had zero records of the Covid-19 vaccine requested. Be aware, our program was strictly in our car. We saw holiday lights and didn't exit our vehicle.
How do you buy tickets for Moe's Lawn?? I have tried going online but it's not available... it just says general admission. Trying to buy Morgan Wallen tix!!
Trish Luecke | Jan 1, 2022
Brandon Spahalski | Jan 1, 2022
Lawn tickets are the general admission tickets because there isn't a seat assigned to them. Hope that helps.
Only a few groups require proof of shots or a recent Covid19 test. Brooks & Dunn isn't requiring it. If you have tickets, the venue is VERY good about letting you know the requirements.
The vaccine card was by request of the performer. Masks were not required but recommended. Check the website for specific show info.
Thanks for coming out!
You would have to purchase a card, like a prepaid load as you go Visa or Mastercard and put the cash on that, THEN go online to Live Nation, or Ticket Master and purchase with said card
Are there any restrictions relating to Covid?...ie. Social Distancing, mask etc>
Robert Verlik | Sep 28, 2021
Vanessa LaBarge | Sep 28, 2021
Not really sure. We had tickets for 2020 shows, they were rescheduled.for summer of 2021, so we ha ent had any updates on the Venue yet. However, it will be the same as the State Mandate, which NC is under a limited # of people in outdoor gatherings & under a Mandatory mask mandate currently. So I would say contact the venue via email, but I would say Yes there will def be masks, limited # of people allowed in, & social distancing per the state mandates.
Why are there a different sections and pricing for general admission?
Rick DeMattos | Sep 28, 2020
Brian McLaughlin | Sep 28, 2020
There is a lawn area, a numbered seating area, and an open area directly in front of the stage. I suspect the lawn area and the stage area are the two general admission zones you're seeing, but don't know for certain as I've only bought seating area tickets.
Where is the reserved lawn section located?
Patrick Cooney | Sep 28, 2020
Cassandra K | Sep 28, 2020
It is on the hill area of the amphitheatre..they have a separate area closed off for the family package
I think on Live Nation or Ticketmaster there is a option where you can rent them in advance. Also T-Mobile customers get them Free at the entrance near front gate. Otherwise I think they are 7$ or $10.
They also have huge screen TVs if you're not close to the stage (though they do on the lawn as well). Entry to the pavilion is aeparate, really calm, AND closer to concessions and restrooms!
Yes, but I think that only applies to will call. You must download the tickets otherwise. I could be wrong but I wouldn't take a chance. Download your ticket.
What you might not know is the place is he'll to get in and out of. From the traffic management to parking to the slowest screening process in the world, it's a nightmare. Seriously, leave at least 1.5 hours before you want to be seated for getting in
Just bought tickets to Jason Aldean concert, our tickets say row GA1 and has a seat number. Does that mean we have seats? We paid a higher amount than just GA.
Randi Flaugh | Sep 29, 2019
david davis | Sep 29, 2019
GA 1 should be general admission, but will not have a seat. The top area will have section...pit or lawn. The second section will be is row. .GA 1. The third section is seat . 1-50
You won't have seats, if the first section has PIT, but if it says lawn, you probably have seats, or in the front section of the lawn, and getting early admission.
Not sure I only went to the Soul circus and chairs were already provided. Normally when you buying a ticket they have a list of what is and what not permitted.
Can you pay to get closer parking tickets for Florida Georgia line I July 2019. If so how much. Are there vip parking tickets
Shirley Howard | Sep 29, 2019
Melissa Finley | Sep 29, 2019
There is VIP parking but that good along with box seats. I had the pleasure of getting box seats for a few concerts last year. They were a gift from the owner of the box. If you have health issues there is a hold cart that drives around the parking lot picking people up.
Will I be refundes for concert tickets if it rains and they cancel the show
Amanda oxendine | Sep 29, 2019
Jennifer Walker | Sep 29, 2019
Depends. If the show is rescheduled. No. Cancelled all around yes. But they dont cancel shows unless its severe thunder n lightning. Even in rain, the show will go on.
Looks like rain again this Saturday for the Jason Aldean reschedule... Is it common to reschedule a second time or will they just cancel it?
I see signs that say "no smoking or vaping beyond this point" at the edge of the covered area. I assume that the lawn and concession areas allow vaping there
You can sit in the lot and drink as much as you want. But you can not bring it into the venue. They have beer for sell.. It's no glass, plastic bottles only, and they keep the lid once opened...
And the put them through scanners/wands, for possible alcohol, and such. If you take blankets, they make you unfold them to make sure items are not snuck in that way as well..
Does a 2 year old need a ticket if they sit in your lap?
April Brooks | Sep 29, 2018
Betty Hayes | Sep 29, 2018
I think so
If you are dropping them off and going to leave were do ii go in at
Carley Rogers | Sep 29, 2018
Matthew Coxe | Sep 29, 2018
I guess it depends on whether or not the people you're dropping off mind walking a little. The main entrance for cars would be best, but it's about 500 yards (at least) to the venue entrance. Otherwise you can venture into the parking lots and drop them off at the main entrance to the venue. Convincing the parking attendants that's what you're doing and getting back out may be challenging though.
Typically one to two hours before show time. It should say on your ticket.
The parking people here are some of the rudest I've ever encountered, so be forewarned
I was hoping they would be cheaper at the gate now that I'm in town. I have been checking prices for the Phish show online and decided to try the gate to avoid all of the added fees online, and now that I drove 12 hours they are 68 online.
The parking typically opens 2 hours before the event and the gates open 1 hour before.
If the concert is scheduled for 7:30...then 5:30 parking lot opens, 6:30 gates open up.
We just went to REO and Chicago. Four times they made everyone on the lawn and in the uncovered seats get under the roof. The concert was delayed one hour, opening act never played and REO only did a partial set. Oh, and the bands left the stage during those times so we were standing there lustening to canned music. The fourth time it wasn't even lightning and we had one employee telling us we couldn't go out and sit in our seats and another one under the roof telling us we couldn't stand in the aisle, that we had to find an open seat. the only open seats were in the VIP area and they wouldn't let anyone without a ticket in that area so we left before the concert ended. Very poor procedures imho.
Have tickets for Sat. 21st concert. A person in our party cannot climb stairs is their another parking lot we can park at to avoid all those stairs?
Angie | Sep 29, 2018
Cynthia Silence | Sep 29, 2018
Im not sure about that but if they have a handicap placque use it..have it hanging as you go in and they will direct you to that lot. Very close to gates. If you dont get an answer here about the stairs..ask at the gate..i would think by law they would have to.
Right at the main entrance. There is a handicapped, entrance to the right of main gate. Once inside there are golf carts that will take you to the correct gate.
If yku are talking about wifi connection, I had wifi connection through my phone. I didn't see anything about spectrum connection or a guest passsword option for wifi.
Can you purchase reserved or upgraded parking for Dead and Company?
John Del Giorno | Sep 29, 2018
Dina Honeycutt | Sep 29, 2018
It depends on how well the show sold. I signed up to receive texts when upgrades are avaiable if there are any upgrades available it is usually announced the day before the show.
Thanks. just called the venue and they assured me that my seats are not limited view now but may be blocked partially if the band brings big speakers or monitors. Anything closer to the middle is going to cost me more. Taking my chances as Section 1 seats are supposed to be great.
NO to cooler YES to blanket and chairs

It is my understanding that tickets are available for concerts at the venue if it is not sold out. However, that is a decision you will have to make and a risk you may have to take if you want to try to avoid those additional fees.
When I attended a concert there people were openly drinking alcohol as law enforcement passed by. Granted people were drinking quietly in a non-intoxicated state.
It depends on where you would prefer to sit. Typically lawn seats are more abundant as many prefer sitting in more premium seats (under awning), however if these more premium seats aren't sold out at time of concert, you may purchase them at the venue. Seating is first come, first serve.
They only stop/pause the show if there is lightning, otherwise it is not canceled. If they didn't cancel the show for Beyonce, they are not canceling it for anyone!
