pay is ok, good company to deal with as a driving delivery job. Local, not so much a vast 4 state area to be done daily, regardless of your HOS rules, they do not care... Not one person of the management team will ever take reasonability or accountability. It is only the driver or someone else's issue and problem.. Sorry, no work or life balance at all. Mostly the equipment is faulty out of date and very much so unmaintained. If you value your CDL ,clean MVR, DAC,CSA record or care about a work-life balance, stay away
