Whenever I was a student at NCSU and needed to really buckle down and study, the 3rd and 4th floor were amazing for this. Better than Hunt for this in my opinion.

Definitely a better library than that soulless one on centennial campus.

Tons of space and places to study. Comes with computers

Anyone. Though you'll require a student ID in the late evenings.
This facility is not public. Athens Drive H.S. has a public library.
Hi. Good question. Unfortunately, we have not figured out a way to prevent someone from misusing a microwave in a way that would create smoke, fire, or strong cooking odors (such as burnt popcorn) that bother other people in the Library.
Yes, there are several printers in D.H. Hill. It costs $0.10 per page in black and white and $0.25 per page in color.
Good question. We will email you, Dr. Hoover.
Those call numbers are on the 5th floor of the D.H. Hill Library. No delay. 5th floor is open as usual. Floors 2-4 are closed. See https://www.lib.ncsu.edu/libmaps. For the materials on floors 2-4, you can request in the Catalog (Books & Media), and library staff will usually retrieve items at least twice each day. When possible, we will retrieve more frequently.
We're sorry it was uncomfortably warm in the room last night! We've reported the issue to campus facilities. They will monitor the temperature in the quiet reading rooms more closely today. If you encounter any spaces in the library that are uncomfortable, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please Ask Us: https://www.lib.ncsu.edu/askus.
Yes...I would contact campus OIT, as this is not something the Libraries oversees.
