I was just there Tuesday the 10th. Most concerts through live nation have the option to either require a mask, or only vaccinated people. But most people weren't wearing masks but the employees were. So it depends on the artists there.
There is a new option for the host to say if ticket holders need proof of vaccine or neg test dated within 48 hours of show. I know Maroon 5 is the first concert this will be in place at CCUMP. This applies to most of the local venues. It was posted on WRAL yesterday.
Not for Coastal, at least not yet anyways. It may be like that for other venues. Best bet is to call ahead of time and ask.
