If you are thinking of moving here...PLEASE BEWARE!! The employees in the office, including the regional management and all those at YES Communities, do not, i repeat, DO NOT care about you or your complaints! They barely answer your calls or emails and when they do they are rude, unprofessional, and have no empathy! One word describes this place and it's employees.... TRASH!!

Some useful information for potential residents. Employees of this company & their friends/family have gone to multiple Yes! owned park listings & posted 5 star reviews, which is a conflict of interest. Instead of fixing the problems that exist at many of their parks, their employees are doing this in an effort to raise their ratings so that those posting real reviews will not be taken seriously & won't drop the overall rating. Google policy has rules about this to prevent consumers from being given false or misleading information by those who have a vested interest. It is unknown if Yes! actually encourages/requires/suggests this to their employees, but it is not limited to just this park. Since this has been brought up to management & the corporate office more than once, it can only be assumed that at the very least they condone it. As of now anyone who drives through this park, on appearance alone would never leave anything above a 2-star rating (3 on a really good day) if they have any standards whatsoever. This park has dilapidated homes, junk stacked up around the homes, broken/damaged decks/windows, torn/missing skirting, mold growing on the home, broken down cars & major oil leaks in the roadway-the list goes on. If you own a home, any home, you need to be prepared for the financial requirements. That means you need to maintain your AC/heating unit instead of putting window units up because your AC is now out. The pictures posted that show the junked up state of this park are real. There are also issues such as speeding, blaring music from cars & homes at any given time, cars parked all up & down the roadways & loud parties that carry on outside until 1 and 2 in the morning. It's against city code & park rules to tie your pets outside (no enclosed yards here) but that's impossible to enforce when the manager doesn't ever go through the park. Park management thinks that doing the job is nothing more than putting on good parties for the residents & maintaining the status quo at the expense of not enforcing any of the rules. Rules have not been enforced since this current manager was placed here after the previous manager had been removed due to resident complaints because she enforced the park rules & they didn't want to abide by those. In appearance & attitude this park has fallen into the stereotypical "trailer park" which is a disservice to those that have standards or have lived here for many years including when it had strong management & much better upkeep. Also, I hear this manager has recently been moved to at least her third property since starting employment. They don't get rid of the problem, they just move it somewhere else. Since Yes! Communities took over, the vast number of trees are no longer trimmed by the park either. Instead, each resident has to pay out of their own pocket to maintain the trees on their rented lot which is already substantially overpriced, especially for what you get now. Tree maintenance is not cheap & as it is obvious many people live here due to budget constraints, it is a less than honorable business practice to make them responsible for this. The resident is liable for any damage their trees cause. I have had to edit this several times because apparently my review is too honest and is not getting posted. Hopefully this time it will.

Never returned my calls and office is always closed. Waste of time.

There are people of all ages, trailers of all sizes.
There is a breed restriction. Possible weight limit. I have not read anything on a limit on how many animals you can have. But I wouldn't suggest over 4.
There are only a few triple wide mobile homes here. I think they are rent only. if you mean 3 bedroom then there are a lot of those. You'll need to call the office and check on availability.
looking for a 1 bedroom
You'll need to call the front office to find out
I wad told 2 cars in driveway and 1 on the street. Ha!! My neighbors have 5 vehicles and always block my drive. Office does nothing about it.
