Ethan Pointe Apartments

I have been living at Ethan Point for several years, and up until recently really enjoyed it. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the traffic of the highway, but close enough to shops and restaurants. In the past several months management has changed and there's been a decline of upkeep, it has become quite apparent. There is a disgusting amount of trash left over by the dumpster, which in my opinion should be emptied twice a week, not once. The lawn maintenance has slipped as well. There are weeds sprouting up all over the place, bushes have been removed last year, 2021, when a drain spout was being fixed, and they were never replaced.

Update; so it’s the office staff and the guy Richard that oversees the building for safety. The last two times I have went to the office due to the guy that oversees the property harassing black people. I have informed the office and they act like that it wasn’t an issue. This time he impersonated a cop. Mind you he’s not. If your of color, beware of Richard I enjoy living here, I will say the price is pretty high for the stipulations they have on how you can park your car and decorate your patio. For the amount we pay, we should we allowed to the access to make our apartment feel “homie” I understand there are fire codes but some rules are Ethan’s that just hinder the residence from being allowed to decorate how we want to.
