It's true, lousy service

They are scammers, thanks to this company of criminals my experience in Miami was terrible. They used my credit card information to debit me $ 1700 and so far no one gives me an answer for my money. They take advantage of tourists because they know they live abroad and we can not be present to fight for our rights.

They are using a front company of supposed rent of cars to take the data from the credit card and then steal all your money. Be careful with these scammers.

It really is the worst! The guy just sits in there and doesn't answer. I had to DRIVE ALL the way back there just to speak to someone!

Unfortunately you have to get your self there with another transportation and if is after 8pm then you have to go there the next day. I am sorry that you have to deal with them.

When I was in November last year they only attended from 7 am to 7 pm. To deliver it at that time you must hire a rental that is inside the airport. There is an exclusive area for car rental at the airport. Only it is a little more expensive

I experinced terrible customer service with this company with a car booked at Miami Airport. Waited in a queue for almost two hours (only three customers infront an one was being served). Got to the counter to be told the only vehicle left was a mini van. I'd booked 6 weeks in advance. Customer service office only said, sorry we'll contact the office to make sure it doesn't happen again. Avoid at all costs

You have to take a transport. They only attend from 7 a.m. to 7. It is very close to the airport.

If there is transportation from the airport to Green Motion. It is not inside the airport. We are talking about Miami. Ahh And in hours from 8 am to 7 night.

According to my research done, as long as its in english and valid u good to go. If its in a different language that they dont understand u will encounter problems
