When I returned car Feb. 19, it was clean with gas tank full. There were scratches on car when we picked it up, we have pictures. Now, March I see a charge on my credit card, I have had no luck reaching you by phone, maybe you will answer this.

I experinced terrible customer service with this company with a car booked at Miami Airport. Waited in a queue for almost two hours (only three customers infront an one was being served). Got to the counter to be told the only vehicle left was a mini van. I'd booked 6 weeks in advance. Customer service office only said, sorry we'll contact the office to make sure it doesn't happen again. Avoid at all costs

They are scammers. They make charges to the card without justification. Cars are dirty. The official Luis Leon says that you publish good comments to receive coupons ..... That's why there are good comments ... do not believe them

I have made the Green motion mistake once. Please read all of the reviews and believe them! Any good reviews that Green motion might have I believe we're planted there by the company itself
