Why they don't inform the new customers that they will drop you off in the Carr Rental terminal and not to the airline terminal? Horrible!! I have to run for an extra half an hour to catch my flight which I miss. Terrible!!!!

They will pick you up from rental terminal and they will drop you off in rental terminal..may be you should ask the driver next time before you start and give him few more dollars as tips to drop you off at airline terminal..maybe it will work..
