There's normally only one employee present at a time and he has take care of the customers at the counter, show them the car, check it when you return it, find and give you additional accessories like a baby seat etc.
They are evildoers. Scammers. They used my credit card to charge me 1700 dollars and so far no one gives me an answer for my money.
