This place is worth the drive from Memphis. The prices on the statues are good. The service is so helpful loading onto my truck. We bought plain concrete because we prefer to paint things ourselves. But you can get different styles of painted concrete also.

We went to Mid South Ornamental on Saturday, April 23, intending to purchase a fountain for our patio. We bought one several years ago from the previous owners and have been highly pleased with it. Their customer service was awesome. Sadly, I cannot say the same for our experience on Saturday. A man asked if he could help us, so we told him we were looking for a fountain. He told us where they were and walked off. Then a young girl asked if we needed help. We told her we were looking for a fountain and wanted one with the door so the pump could be removed without disassembling the entire fountain. She did not know much about their merchandise so asked an older lady. The other lady did not offer to help us, and we got the impression they did not care whether we bought anything or not. After looking around some more, we left. We were very disappointed.
