Paid $400 application fee for my husband and I. This was to CORI and for a credit check. Because of a medical emergency we decided to not move forward with purchasing in Tropical Haven. I asked that some of our money be refunded, we were told we signed the application so they would not return Any of it! What is the cost of a CORI ? Credit Check? $ 400 is a lot of money l 2 weeks before Christmas as well as the disappointment of not moving forward as planned. This is a senior park with folks on limited incomes.

The MGMT is just Making the Park Cleaner and Better Run. We all Love the Park. The Price is Very Fair. Check Prices I have and we are Half of everywhere else in Florida 🌴 🌴. Simple lot rent $248.oo highest others maybe lower. Includes free basic cable tv. Water ans sewdr about $35 00 and lights run average of $37.00 to $60.00 per month. Many daily thing to do. Prices og mobil home have gone up. But still nice place for older active people for the price. Hope this helps one big thing is everything is close by all with in 2 miles.lot rent judt wdnt up $11.00 pluse now they want owners to pay for maintinence with a $25.00 per month . As nd have not told where or what it will go for. Trust me when i say its not the old friendly park it once was for ,20 years. Under new management, need I say more ? There seem to be a lot of ones that live in a Glass House, But the First One to cast the First Stone. Its a good park if you dont mind staying in side and lock you door. Notice, Be ware of Speeders posted 10 mph but they do 25 to 30 nothinh is done. Walking bike riding and disabled scooter are in danger. Funktions at the park are many, but mostly to cosip ,
Edited · just now 0We've been coming here for 35 years since my folks bought here. They've now passed and my wife and i are snowbirds. There are lots of volunteer led activities and hobby clubs, an internet cafe, library, club house, options for community meals at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Frequent community Sundae or pizza gatherings at the pavilion. Association gees of one dollar per resident per year! Still lots of volunteers and community feeling. We've bantered back and forth about a pool for as long as I've been coming here.

Just what do you mean over paying. Like I tell everyone sense they started this maintance fee, I tell them to make out two checks, one for you lot rent and one for the $25.00 maintance fee. This you not only mess them but you can keep a record of the fee payments. And asked them in Sept what did the do for you, and you lot for $25.00 amonth. Think about it there is 760 lots at $25.00 per month untill Sept comes to $190,000 that a lot of maintance work .
Probley not , its not the same any more. The old management retired about a yes ago, and with the half staff management. It sucks, half the this no one is ever in the office. Point one to remember is all of the mobile homes here are old , and remember the Air Port owns the property you pay lot rent pluse water and electric plus up keep , like lawn care . Its not a Bad place if you like living alone and font like to mingal. I for one do not go to any thing the park puts on, i stay by my self . To Much Drama here now, and prices are so out of wack for 30 to 40 year old mobile homes.

As far as I know they are only mobile homes. No rvs are allowed except in the over flow lot. Also you have to own the mobile home outright

Hi. You do have to purchase the mobile home out right. And I believe you have to have a 730 credit great. I've lived here for 6 years. And I love it over here.

We're not allowed to rent units here, wish we could. We only use our place 3 months of the year but love the location and the convenience of getting on the plane with a jacket and our phones with everything else already here
I mow 400 yards here with my dad and I definitely don't see any more snakes in tropical haven than I do in any other neighborhood. Just the occasional black racer. They aren't venomous and won't bother you. They just keep that rodent population down.

No sir, 55 + Permanently grounded mobile home park. You can store your RV here for a fee, but not stay in it.
No you can't rent but some are under 30000 and the lot rent includes cable and something else my parents live there there lot rent is around 225. Most trailers come furnished and they are easy to sell in that park someone is always looking for a trailer in that park.

Yes it is 55+ but a great park to live at. You can find anything you need or want in less than 4 miles. Air port across the street. Beach less than two miles. Stores one block to three miles. People living here are very nice.
