1 dog per lot small. No exceptions. Under 25 lbs only for all new renters.

way out of line with the lot rental. Sorry, not worth it. More than my mortgage for a pool home in an exclusive golf resort with clubhouse, pool, restaurant, tennis, and annual hoa fee of $100/year. We were thinking about it but not at the prices I'm seeing. Too much greed from the owners and investors.
That's not true. Last Hurricane it was up to the homeowner, they were forecasting a Cat 5. I did choose to Evacuate. Went to The Hilton in Orlando. BTW very dog friendly.
I cant wait until Oct we have to do it 30 days after closing. I'll be there sept 8th have to have it done by September 28th, do you have a phone number for the gentleman that does it, or ask him approximately what he would charge to paint it, just found out today we were accepted.

Well the community is owner occupied. No renting allowed. There is a HOA. It is in a flood zone. The houses are manufactured homes. So it's a mandatory evacuation for hurricanes. The area is pretty safe.
As long as it is court appointed custody, yes. But it will be a very lonely place for a child. We have two children here and there are no kids for them to play with.
Anything is possible. I'm sure as large as this neighborhood is there will be homes for sale.
Some of the owners do rent out their homes. (Until they're caught)
