Anyone in lamplighter Village by any chance paint aluminum siding, we are about 99.5% sure we are buying a place in here and we will have to paint the aluminum siding 30 days after closing

I cant wait until Oct we have to do it 30 days after closing. I'll be there sept 8th have to have it done by September 28th, do you have a phone number for the gentleman that does it, or ask him approximately what he would charge to paint it, just found out today we were accepted.

I havent done it but know several pelople who have all give same advise. Don't pain't until Oct. Power wash first
