Quiet retirement trailer park with an eclectic clientele. A bit plain and could use some more trees and foliage. Didn't see any orange trees or any real orange colors in Orange Manor??

Just drove through and people looked at me weird. Even had someone flip-flop and follow me until I got back to the main road. Very children of the cornish/Celebration Floridaish Positive was that everyone had neat and clean yards.

Friendly management and neighbors. There is room between mobile homes so you can landscape as you wish. Lot rent is the most reasonable in the area , and was not stripped of all the old growth trees so Large shade trees abound.

Yes. In fact, everyone is friendly and the landlords are the kindest people.
No. Only day time accompanied by parent are those things allowed. It is 55 and older community.

For the most part. No. Most own their trailer homes. There are rentals from time to time but rare.
I only visit..love this place..owners only and I understand the llot rent is under $350...not sure since I don't live there...someday I may..yes pets are allowed just pick up the droppings
You cannot buy a lot..rental only..you need to own...
Dogs are welcome. Lot fee is about 320 inc trash pickup. No pool/clubhouse. Management and tenants are very nice. Only a couple of snowbirds.
