I went in to get some routine blood work. There were a lot of folks in the waiting room so I opted to set up an appointment for an hour later. I did that, got a text immediately and another one that said for me to check in when I got back for the appointment. When I checked in almost an hour later it said there was no appointment. The young gal at the door was super helpful, she got Jonathan who took me back as it was already my appointment time and it was probably just some glitch in the system. Jonathan was Professional and thoughtfully took care of the issue. PS even though I have been to this same location numerous times, there was no evidence of me in the system so he had to re-enter all of my information. I am grateful that the technicians who work there are always personable and efficient.

Above and beyond service for my special needs son. Truly made an extra effort to make sure he was comfortable (as well as myself) and did an absolutely outstanding job. Thank you so much I really am so thankful as a mom as getting blood drawn has always been difficult for my son. Also front office person who helped in the waiting room was very kind and helpful as well. 👍

Well organized. Must wear face mask to enter. Security guard at the door and also wipes down check-in kiosks. Make appointment online, they sent you appt reminders, link to change appt if needed, and check-in on your phone when you arrive 10 minutes prior to appt time. I was called back quickly and tech was great. In and out fast. I received email that night that test results were available on their website, and logged in the next morning to download. Very pleased with this location and quick turn-around.

You can walk in but it's better to schedule an appointment. Appointment's are scheduled online through my quest
No you don't have to have an appointment. As for the insurance, call them.

Need results from blood work
Mine took a few extra days than usual after my recent blood work. Usually they post to My Quest account next day. This time around it took 6 days. My doctor had the results though. Could be they are short staffed.

Call them they take a variety of Plans,they are awesome people will answer any Questions u have they are wonderful there,caring and and Professional been going there for more than 10 years.
