The two staff ladies were so rude and disrespectful, they started to argue with me, this is the first time that happened to me on a quest and I'm not a confrontational person. They didn't bother to simply find information of my doctor's name the right way because they couldn't recognize. I tried to clarify with them and let them know that the previous visit with quest diagnostics I have given this same lab work and they did not listen, they were being passive-aggresive. I had no problem with other quest diagnostics where they look up the doctor and run smoothly without any problem. Also, they couldn't accept it just because he is Puerto Rican with his "weird" local phone number, they say he is not in the system, which is irrelevant because this the SAME paperwork, same information with his NPI number, license number and address that I have given to other quest diagnostics providers and they accepted. These two staff ladies were very ignorant and hostile. Never coming back here. This was on Saturday Sept 17 at 9:20am for reference.

Lady was VERY rude to me. Argued with me about having an account number which is the only number I was given by employer, telling me I need to come back with another number, then she puts in my number and it WORKS! I tried clarifying instructions and she said nothing then got mad at me when I didn’t do exactly what she thought I should do. My first time getting a drug test for a job, NEVER going back to this location. This woman needs to be fired!!!

I would make an appointment it is much faster they can't guarantee that you will be seen if you walk in and they are always busy

I don't think they do an echocardiogram, you should go to your primary doctor and your doctor will make that decision, it is done in a hospital or clinic
