Horrible automated phone system, horrible self check in, Made appointment, showed up on time. Checked into self check in, system says appointment not found. Next appointment was 2hours later. Do not use this company for anyhting!

You guys stink. There is no reception to get help it’s a useless computer that isn’t very informative or useful. It’s creepy how they don’t even have actual people working anything except the medical staff who are rude and useless here.

This lab is fast and efficient if you have an appointment. It could be very slow if you don’t not always slow without one but it’s best to get one. They have a new machine to take your ID and insurance. It is easy to use and is much better than the old method

The online scheduling is super fast to use as well. My only advise if you do this is to copy the exact address rather than searching based on zip code.
Yes. I was in and out in 15 minutes last week. It depends on when you get there and the day of the week.

They do but depending on the time of day it could be a long wait. Mornings are the busiest time of day. The earlier you get there the better, like if you can do 7am.
