The front desk are rude and have condescending attitude towards me because I had a problem with the kiosk. I will not go there again. And will suggest to my insurance company to use another lab service.

Good, professional, courteous treatment. They do their job very well. I got an unexplainable bill, however, and not much help in getting the error corrected. After years of using this lab without a problem, an unexpected bill came to me. It was not a large bill, but did not make sense, since the lab service I received from them is routine service ordered by the physician and covered by insurance. I pointed out the discrepancy between their bill and the statement of benefits (EOB) from the health insurance company. They did not seem to care one bit about getting the error corrected properly; their only concern seemed to be that I pay the unexplained charge. The attitude of trying to collect an amount from someone, whether or not the charge is correct and is directed to the proper party is disgusting to me.
