Do I need a doctors prescription for a PSA test?

I have a prescription for blood work from my doctor. My insurance is Florida BlueMedicare Regional PPO. Will the lab work be covered?

I doubt you need a prescription, but it's likely insurance wont pay for it without one. You should ask when you call to set up the test appointment.
