Back in 1978-1979 this place was called Abbott's trailer park and with lot rent under $100. a month it was the place to be.thruout the 1980's and most the 1990's wh had Pine Grove trailer park there wasn't anything else on John Rhodes Blvd and that stretch of eau gallie Blvd was actually Sarno rd. This little place I was raised up in sure has changed and gotten much bigger and more crowded as all the wild life that used to roam freely has slowly disappeared.. prior to the meadow's it was also called eau gallie estates.. I'm sure there's a lot of you with similar memories

Nope!! I have been to Meadows mobile home on occasion to visit a few friends that at that time lived there. The mobile property is big but not well kept. Lots of old homes that looks like they need to be remodeled. Unfortunately there are people living there that are slobs and you can tell just by looking at the outside of the homes. I know one in particular that lives there and she has that property looking disgusting. And it's sad because there are pretty mobile homes in that place but the value is not worth it if you have nasty neighbors living next door and when I say nasty I mean they do not clean their property. Hopefully the owner or the management will enforce these people with nasty properties to clean up because really you're losing property value.

Maintenance team is completely incompetent.. Bathroom floor has been redone 3 or 4 times now and and still they rip it and tear it every single time they do it. Now I'm being told I have to accept it because they refuse to fix their own screw ups.

You can rent from owners. You still have to fill out application for 'the meadows' it's like 50 a person.

This place Is a hole and the renovation work is sub par at best. The rules are more strick that a expensive gated community
They are not rent to own, that i know of. But the office is there where you could check.
