It was the first place of my own in Washington State. The pro's about this place: conveniently close to everything including I-5 and 405. There are actually some great neighbors that look out for you. The office manager (Imelda) is great and does a great job. The maintenance are awesome and always gets the jobs done. I really appreciated the opportunity to reside there. The cons: A little ghetto cause it's on 112th St #iykyk. A lot of traffic noise on 112th st even if it's only suppose to be 35mph on that road. At night it's pretty scary lots of tweekers from off the streets. Parking is extremely tight but we made it work. The laundry facility could be updated and not be card operated machines. It was bittersweet moving out cause I had plans I wanted to do while living there but I guess God had other plans.

The new management is doing so well! Imelda is great. She’s super nice and has great communication. My husband and I had many issues with previous management companies and office managers over the years we were here, but Imelda really turned it around. Sort reviews by recent and you’ll see the difference. We had a top floor unit and loved the vaulted ceilings! It made the unit feel so much more open. It’s close to grocery stores and other shopping like Target. Gas station down the road is walking distance for wanting a quick snack. Overall this was a great place for us. We did out grow it and moved out, but I appreciate everything we got out of this place for four years!

When I first moved in, it was difficult to get the screen for my fireplace. I blamed them, but later found out that the ones they needed were no longer made, so we made a compromise that was good for everyone. I have had very little trouble with the staff, the most recent work order I placed to have something fixed was done in less than a day!!! I have lived here two years now, and just like anywhere it has it's ups and downs, parking is tight, but so is all other apartment complexes. The staff are very friendly though, and always willing to help out. They heard the cries of the tenets about the defunct washer and dryers that always broke down, and not only replaced all of them, but remolded the entire laundry room in the process. All in all, it is a very nice place to live, quiet for the most part, and peaceful.
