way out of line with the lot rental. Sorry, not worth it. More than my mortgage for a pool home in an exclusive golf resort with clubhouse, pool, restaurant, tennis, and annual hoa fee of $100/year. We were thinking about it but not at the prices I'm seeing. Too much greed from the owners and investors.
Yes, you will pay a monthly lot rent, currently a bit over $700 /month. Rumors have that they want to increase it to $1000 or more.

Yes, there is a monthly land fee. The word 'Free' is thrown around in their sales pitch, all inclusive. Heavy stress on their luxery ammenities.

Rent way to expensive in this area. camping,Rving& mobile homes use to be cheap. Feel taken advantage of-the "hippies" had the right idea-let's open a commune!!! North or West- much cheaper-300 -500$.
