Yes it is 55+ but a great park to live at. You can find anything you need or want in less than 4 miles. Air port across the street. Beach less than two miles. Stores one block to three miles. People living here are very nice.

I became a probisuonal associate member at 52 because my spouse was over 55. She became the resident member. Sounds like you will have to wait for 2 more years.
Are there ever exceptions on the age rules? I'm 52 and would be alone. Maybe a small dog.
