The MGMT is just Making the Park Cleaner and Better Run. We all Love the Park. The Price is Very Fair. Check Prices I have and we are Half of everywhere else in Florida 🌴 🌴. Oh yes there more than ever,. Why because many people are moving else where. Mostly because of New Management past year an a half. They just increased all our. Rents by $11.00 per month Plus told us we must pay a $25.00 manitanece fee for 10 moths but have not told us what maintinence they will be doing for $190,000.00 for the ten months. In 4 years I have gone from $160.00 per month to $259.00 per month and that does not count the extra $25.00 . Prices of homes in here have gone crazy in price, think about it they still own and control what you do on their land. Trust me its not the old Friendly park it once was under the old Management.

Mr. Matthews, you state that all the homes here are old. Although the majority are, those are generally well kept and maintenance and remodeling is constantly ongoing. There also are an increasing number of new homes being sited here as lots become available, which has been true throughout the 16 years I have lived here. My own home was purchased in 2008 and it would compare very favorably with homes in any area park, as would a growing number of others in Tropical Haven.
