I mow 400 yards here with my dad and I definitely don't see any more snakes in tropical haven than I do in any other neighborhood. Just the occasional black racer. They aren't venomous and won't bother you. They just keep that rodent population down.

There is black snake around, they keep other pest away, they are afraid of human, No there is no problem with them.
Didn't see any the 2 days I was there.
