As usual more county employees are cold, listening for key words vs actually listening, & rude by comparison to professionals. I feel for those who are professionals among them bcuz I'd imagine it gets old getting associated with them & makes things unnecessarily harder. IDK any company in the private sector that would stand for such behavior but the government is a different story as proven by the various departments like DMV, vital records, etc. I gave 2 stars for the 2 who were actually professional.

My hubby & I have had excellent customer service at the Register of Deeds, Marriage License Division. Also, when you call, a *real human* picks up the phone and *talks to you*—amazing, isn’t it!
