Outstanding job on presentation and focus on quality. Loved the modern design and layout. Launch party and hype created a sense of a “top notice” product with eye for craftsmanship. This created a very high expectation of quality. Maybe townhomes aren’t their specialty. Final product definitely didn’t hit the mark. Overall we are happy with our home but some fundamental things were missed and attention to basic detail and craftsmanship were missed by a long shot. This was our 2nd new constitution purchase, guess we were got lucky the first time. A poorly installed dishwasher (led to floor damage), poor tile work in showers, and incorrectly installed kitchen island, are just a few of the highlights. 1 year into ownership we’ve had the roofs worked on 2 separate times. Seems the contractors they hired were more focused on completion rather than quality. We were so glad we hired an inspector to assist us in the building process. Things that we assumed would be taken care of we’re not. We had to push back closing in order to get punch list items completed. Overall, not regretting our purchase, but we thought Cooper would follow through in quality. Updated: I called and reached out about a roof leak, which clearly with all the prev issues, was a structural problem. The answer I got was…”Sorry, your warranty is up.”

I built my home with Copper Builders and had a great experience. They were always so helpful throughout the process and you can tell they really care about their clients. During the building process, many items were on back order due to supply chain issues. However, they made sure to be upfront with me about it and did as much as they can. I would recommend anyone looking to buy to go with Copper!

Copper Builders did a great job with our home. They were more than willing to work with us to ensure it met our needs and customize things as desired. Even after we moved in, they made sure everything was completed to satisfaction and repaired anything that wasn't up to par. Would definitely recommend and work with them again!
