We had bagel sandwiches and orange juice! Pretty standard. The meat on our orders were switched- so we had to deconstruct our sandwiches a bit. The sausage and eggs were yummy. The sunflower seed bagel was not that great- pretty stale and flat. Semi-quick service but not accurate. Somewhat overpriced. OJ was good though. Probably won’t come back being honest.

Been ordering here (almost weekly) for over two years because it's the closest bagel place to our house. The bagels are pretty good, but not outstanding. There are better bagels in other parts of Arlington. The people (usually women) at the register are incredibly nice and professional - great customer service - but the manager is a grumpy unpleasant fellow. Their website is a mess! Whether you're getting a bagel with jelly, or bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese, you have to go to different places on the site. It's tough to find anything on there. The most frustrating thing is their stupid credit card minimum. Ordering ahead, paying for the entire order (well over $10) and the being told you can't use a credit card to add a cup of coffee or a forgotten item. I've arrived only to be told something I ordered actually has an extra fee. Ok - fine, happy to pay. But now I'm again subject to the $10 credit card minimum? It's 2022, who carries cash? Especially at 730 AM on a Sunday? I'm guessing it's not a coincidence that there's an ATM there. So rather than Brooklyn Bagels factoring their credit card transaction fees into their prices, they force their customers to pay an ATM fee to pay in cash. Kind of makes the extra 10 min. travel to the better bagel place worth it.

Had a craving for an egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Line went fast, no issues with service. But the sandwich itself was extremely disappointing. Bagel was hard. I think they used 1 single egg for the whole sandwich and my cheese wasn’t even melted completely. McDonald’s has better bagel sandwiches. I dont recommend this place

I was craving a bagel and lox. Badly. So this place seemed like a good bet. I had read the previous reviews about issues with incorrect orders, and the suggestions that one order as clearly as possible to potentially avoid similar problems, …

Yeah, they're definitely cash only for just walking in and ordering there. The ATM they have charges me $2.00, but I think it varies per Bank.
