Last time I would ever use this folks. People need to understand that Google has a "premium" feature that suppresses true reviews. It is very obvious the owner of this establishment uses them. Would would be absolutely surprised if this review I submitted does not get suppressed tbh. How do I know? I am certified firearms instructor with over a dozen of my students in the DC/MD/VA area including myself that have used this location with the same experience. Doesn't matter race, religion or creed they all convey the same thing. Understaffed, ignorant and arrogant representatives and so stretched beyond their capabilities they have to blatantly tell their employees to lie to cover up for their incompetence. Trust me, if you want to show up to buy a dinky holster, overpriced ammo or other little knick knacks they nailed it the same as going to your local Grocery store. Otherwise anything regarding an actual competent FFL you are better off driving 10-20 minutes to other brick and mortar FFL's to do your transaction in a professional manner.

If you are a DC gun owner or even a MD gun owner, save yourself time, money and gas. DC has better FFLs, as well, same or better prices. You definitely won’t wait 15 days for online orders or never told when the order came in. I didn’t appreciate the associate customer service.

Dean and his team are very knowledgeable and patient. Ladies, if you are interested in getting fire arms, this is the place to go. They help you with everything! Not once did they make me feel intimated by my limited knowledge of guns. Great shop and great team.
