The owner, awesome! Very friendly! and I appreciate the fact that he doesn't allow pet hair in the washer/dryer! Very clean experience 👌 Will use his laundry mat again, hopefully he is still in ownership when I return.

I have no idea why people post such horrible reviews for this place! I am new to the area and did a quick search for a place to do laundry. I came across Uptown and was very skeptical about going in based on reviews. With a lack of options I gave it a shot and was overwhelmingly pleased with the service. The gentleman told us it was a family owned business and was incredibly helpful and kind. It was clean and fresh inside and the machines are in great condition. The prices are great and the speed in which the machines work is phenomenal! Don't let all the negative reviews sway you. This is an excellent location! While you're there check out the memorabilia adorning the walls is fascinating the history of the place!
