Searching for a wedding/reception venue, I visited Lyon Park's Community Center with my daughter on July 1, 2021. Whereas I admired the historic background of the community, all I can say at this time is thanks, but no thanks.

We rented the Lyon park Community Center for our wedding. The rules were completely ridiculous. It's a beautiful building and inexpensive for the area. However, the director Cindy was rude and not helpful at all.

You would need to call the Community Center or maybe Arlington County Parks Dept..
There is street parking around the perimeter of the park and in the neighborhood. There is no parking lot.
