The cats I brought were older, couldn't feed them, they are good cats. I hope they don't got put down. They have all been raised together.

95° outside and have 3 kittens to turn in, have to WAIT just to turn them in because of LUNCH. They are breathing hard just due to the weather. They need at least 1 person on standby because this heatwave is brutal this year for animals.

That’s wonderful that you’ve partnered with the Humane Society! Are they able to prevent euthanasia for all the animals that are healthy but don’t get adopted??
It's possible you're reaching the wrong number, though I'm unsure how old this question is. The country club location has been closed due to covid, though they are open on University parkway. Your best bet is to go to www.Forsythhumane.org and submit a surrender form or call Animal Control at (336) 703-2480.
If you live in forsyth county yes you can bring them in .
Animal control in Forsyth is partnered with the Forsyth Humane Society and share a building on University Parkway. So, to answer your question in short, yes! And they have a possibility of becoming adoptable thanks to the partnership!
I didn’t have to do anything besides take my cat & dog to their regular veterinary visits for their vaccinations & spay/neuter. Several months later, I received a bill in the mail from animal control for $5 each.
Best thing.....call
Yesss
Hi there! Often times people get confused when a shelter mentions euthanasia. So the Forsyth Humane Society does NOT euthanize healthy, well behaved and adoptable pets. The euthanasia policy is in place for 3 reasons: If the animal is behaviorally unfit to be released into the public, i.e biting, attacking, and aggressive behavior, if the animal is unwell, meaning the animals quality of life is no longer at it's peak, and if it is requested by the owner due to age/medical reasons.
Central Spay and Neuter also does routine vaccines with no appointment every Monday and Wednesday from 9am - 1pm
Yes they probably could
Either call Animal Control via the phone number provided on their website, OR call the police station via their NON-EMERGENCY number provided on their website. Don’t call 911 unless there is a TRUE emergency.
They send you home with a bag of food when you adopt a dog, but they don't give out free food.
Yes we had the mother to go with daddy and 7puppies mixed German shepherd and bully w rotty mix
All the animals that come from FHS are or will be neutered or spayed. The price of neutering and spay will be in the cost of the adoption.
If you haven't already done so, be sure to add Blackie to the lost and found page: https://forsyth.cc/sheriff/AnimalSer_lost_list.aspx
Reach out to a wildlife animal control specialist.
There's a link under the website www.ForsythHumane.org called "Career Options", Check that out and reach out if they're hiring!
Call the Forsyth animal shelter and see if she is there
You need to call animal control that is animal abuse for them to abandon their pets that way.
No,but you have to fill out paperwork
Adopted my niece got a beautiful dog from there.
You'll need to call the Humane Society to make an appointment to surrender her. There isn't a charge, but there is some paperwork to fill out.
Animal control not humane society
It seems that you have the answer
Yes u have to make an appointment to take ur cat in
Yes, its called drop off unable to tend to animal..tell them dogs name, food been eating, shot history..just make sure whereever you guys take the animal, that its not a kill shelter.. I donot believe this is one..hope this helps.,
Ringworm can be treated topically and is actually completely different from heartworm. Ringworm is simply a fungal infection of the skin and can clear up with the proper ointment. There are foundations that can help cover vet bills, one of which i would recommend called the Sergi Foundation.
Sometimes there are, but you have to check the website. More often than not, puppies are adopted quickly when they are taken into the shelter
Website
May want to take what paperwork you have and see if they can help you at the shelter with a new tag
Look for a dog trainer near you. Start by using a crate when it miss behaves put it in the crate. It's a problem that can be fixed
I'm sorry I tried to translate. I think you asked if your dog is a doberman and not eating can you take him to the animal shelter to be put to sleep? If that is your question I would call the animal shelter first to see if there are cost involved in the Doberman can be put to sleep there.
They don't have a public vet on-site
Yes
Not any time soon. They have to go thru the court process and be awarded to the shelter and then theyd have to get up to date on all shots, and spayed or neutered. Although I think a lot of them if not all will end up going to rescues, but I'm not positive on that. Theres just no way of knowing right now.
I am looking for an older companion cat for my princess who just lost her twin do you still need a home ?
Yes, you can also check out the website
U just need to call and ask them I am sorry prices are different size and type of dog I believe
