Look for a dog trainer near you. Start by using a crate when it miss behaves put it in the crate. It's a problem that can be fixed

I would definitely suggest training. It is something that's definitely fixable. You can also put her up in a crate when you have guests over. If you let her out and she acts up, put her back in the crate. You can also try giving your guests treats to give to her so she'll associate them with something positive and won't think they're "bad guys".
