My doctor recommended me to this place and I have to say it was the best choice. The nurse was very nice and Dr. Smith took very well care of my needs and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Going through a miscarriage is one of the toughest experiences. All your dreams are crushed in an instance. Went to this office to receive the care needed and was met with “a miscarriage is just like giving birth, you just don’t have anything at the end hahaha” - no humanity! Forget about compassion. Then when I went back to treat the miscarriage medically, the NP failed to provide us with an important piece of the information on how to treat my pain during the process. Later when we called the after hours nurses, they told us that we’ll have to go to the emergency room to get a different medication as they cannot prescribe over the phone. This is after the NP told us to just call in case the medication they proscribed initially does not work. I found out from the screaming on call doctor that I should have used the prescription together with other medicine to control my pain. Something the NP did not mention during the visit on how to treat my pain. I cannot believe this! If they are the professionals and care providers how did they not mention everything?! These are the individuals that should be trusted with our medical care in 2022?!? No way! It is outrageous that there is no care in medical care at this facility. I had to call 4 times during the next day to ask to be seen to change the pain medication. And was met, until the last call, with “we are doing everything we can to provide you the right information and best care” by mouth only! Because the truth is that you have no idea what care is and all this is at the end of the day for you, is a transaction. Thank you for providing me with disappointment during a time when I was seeking medical care.
