Www.Forsythhumane.org has a drop down tab labeled "Surrender a Pet". Click that and it'll take you to a webpage where you can fill out a surrender form. After that surrender form has been submitted, one of the admissions counselors will call you back within 1-2 business days to set up an appointment. Reminder that they are closed on Sundays and between the times 1pm-2pm for lunch.
Animal Control now takes cats and dogs instead of the Humane Soc.
