Review from my husband who isn’t online- I went in to renew a medical card. First I to to wait almost an hour to be seen. After a 5 minute interview with a nurse whom has never met me before, she ambushed me with a bunch of new paperwork and other medical tests she wanted me to do and required a new, arbitrary sleeps study and other medical tests based on the fact that I was “near” the threshold for “potential problems” (slightly elevated blood pressure, a little overweight, and middle age) and overriding my regular medical doctor’s care (who I see 2x per year for regular full checkups). Absolutely ridiculous to take her bad day out on me and bring a slew of new medical tests because she doesn’t know me. I was only needing to recertify a dot card and I was within all the required parameters. Don’t go here unless you want to pay for a lot of unnecessary medical tests so the providers can get paid bonuses to go fishing for “potential problems,” that’s what my regularly seen medical doctor is for, who has known me for years. This place wasted my time and money.

Absolutely horrendous!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This facility should be shut down. The best part of the experience was leaving.

Horrible experience. Not only did I wait here for well over 5 hours but the nurse drawing my blood started in my hand, when I asked her to take it out due to the pain she replied “a few more drops” and gave me a huge hematoma on my hand. She tried to restick me in my elbow and blood squirted out of my arm we eventually got the blood work but overall I have never had issues getting blood drawn til I came to this location. And not to mention they messed up my fit test so I have to have it redone. So thanks thanks a lot.

Went early morning and the staff was amazing due to the warm welcoming atmosphere and especially the energy and vibe of the environment...they handle there jobs swiftly and professional...as I was leaving they were so patient and helpful with customer and best customer service provided the ladies was so sweet carry...MUCH THANKS FOR HELPING ME WITH THE PROCESS OF GETTING THROUGH
