Bad experience overall. They told me my tires came in when it was only 1 of 4 and they had my truck for 2 hours already. Went back a week later at my appointment time and it took them over an hour to even get my truck in. Then they put the tires on the wrong rims. I had to get them to change them out to the correct rims and then they had to be reminded a second time to put the old wheels back on the old rims. 3+hours later they got it right. I will not go back to this location ever again. An appointment time should mean your truck gets started on at or close to that time. Plus they charged my tire recycling fee when I kept the old rims and tires.

My girlfriend went there because she was having some small problems with tires she bought there a few months ago and they just told her she needed new tires without even looking at them. This place used to be a place I could recommend but that’s done.

Hate the wait time 2 hrs but loved the price $0 and got the bolt out of my tire.

I arrived right after closing time with a nail in my tire. They did not have to help me, but Kaleipono stayed late and fixed my tire. I am so grateful as I didn't have any other way to get home and back to West Valley the next morning.
