Never again. When I called to book a load with Soar, I double checked the weight with the broker who said the load was 40,000 lbs gross (and he did say gross). I get to the shipper and they loaded over 43,000 lbs. I can only legally scale just over 42,000. Shipper could cut weight until next day and only with a scale ticket. Shipper stated "All loads out of this facility are 43,000 to 44,000 lbs" Soar had the wrong weight on there and blamed it on their customer. They also had the wrong shipper name and wrong phone number to the shipper. I can't afford to lose time to brokers who don't know what they are doing. I will never use Soar again and I don't recommend them to anybody.
