This is the worse children's hospital I have ever been to. Waited 4 hours still not seen left drove to Boston 1 1/2 ride check in wait 30 mins and was seen. I do not recommend anyone going here. The nurses at the front are so nice they are trying. But the wait time is bad for a children's ED.

Horrible for mental health! Find somewhere else. Never will I take my child there again! Cold, mean and uncaring staff.

Today I was in the laboratory area, I took my daughter to have her blood drawn, they had to obtain 9 samples and they were only able to obtain 6 of which only two worked because it seems that the person who obtained the samples did not draw the blood that he should have and no They helped, I'm very upset because they hurt both of her arms and the blood they drew was useless because they didn't do their job well, the fact that there are supposed to be people specialized in that bothers me and I realize that they aren't, they should have people better qualified to treat children who are more delicate than an adult my daughter had a traumatic morning and it was useless… ahh I am so upset!!! Don't take your little one here, look for another laboratory, I don't recommend this place at all!!! They spoiled all the samples in the laboratory and of course I'm going to call tomorrow
