Everything was so easy, even with the computer system down and having to go through everything on paper, everyone was pleasant and efficient. And I know I got the best price for my trade in because I went to several other places to get the trade in value. CarMax was the only place that gave me the blue book value. Thanks to that, I have my dream car now. And I didn't have to pay the price of daily calls and emails from a car salesman!

Honestly, the service was so good i was confused. “I’m sorry, you said you can send the car I picked out from Danvers to Maine for a test drive? At no cost or obligation? And if I buy the car and change my mind I can return it?” Seriously? Yes, it seems to be true. They delivered on every promise as advertised! In fact, they got me my dream car in time for Christmas. So impressed with Evan, Jennifer and the rest of the team. I have never felt so confident with a car purchase!

Everyone is required to wear masks for the entire visit, hand sanitizer is available throughout the building, every work station has a clear shield between the employee and guests and each station is wiped down between guests.
Any dealership won't have anything under 5 or 6 thousand and warranty it.
