I had to have three tires replaced after a flat tire incident and this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Brian, the manager, along with his entire staff, went out of his way to provide me with several different options, answer all questions that I had (and there were many) and ensure that my ideal price point was met. I've had consistently great service at this location but this visit was outstanding. We ordered a set of tires and rims for my son's vehicle and were impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and excellent recommendations that were made to us. Jan and Harold were fantastic! I'm particularly impressed that Harold, without looking at a computer, remembered my son's name and the details of his order off the top of his head when we dropped the car off for service! He also gave my son excellent professional advice, which I appreciated. We will definitely be back!
