The service is great The low stars is for the auto detailing. $250+tax for a basic cleaning nothing was dressed(shiny)I brought my mom's truck in to be cleaned for her birthday and I had to shine all the trim myself. I'll be going to a real detail shop from now on.

Brought my $80k RAM to these guys thinking it'd be in good hands. Something felt "off" from the moment I walked in to the service department. Told them I needed a service and it wasn't cheap. Here we are a few weeks later and the check engine light is on. There's also a new noise coming from the engine during acceleration. They didn't put the cover back on over the battery terminal. There's a dead mouse and nest in the airbox. They inflated the rear tires to 85 and the fronts to 60. Yeah, no. Had an equally disappointing experience at Capitol in Willimantic. It's like, impossible to get a service on this truck from a competent dealer. Kinda trying to maintain my investment. I guess we'll just have to find another dealer and cross our fingers again! The coffee was decent, though. So you get an extra star for that.

Amazing experience! Worked out details with Greg over the phone, drove 3 hours and met with Rich, everything was as described! Quick and easy with no surprises. Will recommend all I know to go to Falveys! Worth the ride from Massachusetts! I’ll drive there for my oil changes!
