Great customer service! I was able to have a communications fleet vehicle worked on as soon as they had availability with great respect and urgency to the line of work it was needed for. The mechanics were also very friendly to chat with. All in all they were able to get me in significantly sooner than anticipated and were able to resolve my issues much faster and with significantly more care than any of the other fleet authorized dealers in the area! I would highly recommend taking a stop in for your car care needs!

Brake noise day of, went to Monro Norwich, CT. Got taken in right away. Was given an estimate and then they did the work. Got an oil change as well. All in all a great experience, didn’t try to tack on extra charges.
