Look out! If you call & speak w Mallory & ask her if they have a specific model (or 2) in stock & she says "yes", beware! You'll get to the store & they'll say "sorry, we made a mistake, we don't have those models in stock & we can't order them either". It's the classic "bait & switch".

Do not recommend. $700 Dishwasher just stopped working. Bought on 8/21. Today is 9/12. JUST passed a year. Service department was completely unwilling to even come troubleshoot. Will not ever use them again.

When you walk in, there is hand sanitizer for the customers. All employees wear masks. If you need to go to the front desk, customers and employees are divided by a plexiglass barrier.
