All our maids bring their own supplies. If you have a specialty product of your own that you’d like us to use, we’re more than happy to do so. If you have any special requests, we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

Whether or not you’re home during your appointment is up to you. You can leave or feel free to stick around. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine. If you do leave, your maid will call or text you before they’re finished. However, we strongly recommend doing a pre-cleaning walkthrough with your maids to make sure expectations are properly set. Also, keep in mind to be eligible for our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, clients must complete the post-cleaning walk through inspection. If clients are not able or choose not to perform post-cleaning walk through inspection, the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be invalid. Additional services will be charged accordingly. When making your booking, please keep this in mind.

Yes. We have 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. To be eligible, we ask that clients complete the post-cleaning walk through inspection. We want to make sure that you are totally satisfied with our work. Unfortunately, if you’re not able or choose not to perform post-cleaning walk through inspection, the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will not be valid, and any additional services will be charged accordingly.

Orchid Maids provides cleaning services to homes, apartments, and move in and move out situations.

We offer easy cash-free payment. We take credit card information at the time of booking, to secure your reservation. However, we DO NOT charge your card at this time. The day before the service, we will put a hold on your card to make sure the funds are available. We will charge your card at the end of the day, AFTER the service has been completed. At the time of a scheduled cleaning, we prefer that the client be home at the time of service but understand that sometimes this is not possible. An Orchid Maid cleaning team will arrive to a client’s home and complete a pre-cleaning walk through any address any questions. After the cleaning is complete, a post-cleaning walk through will be completed with the client. Any areas that may have been missed will be addressed at that time. The maid team will re-clean the area to the client’s satisfaction. After the cleaning has been completed and the client is 100% satisfied, the maid team will have the client sign off.

Orchid Maids is transparent with our pricing. We have a flat rate pricing format so that the client knows upfront what the total cleaning cost of their home will be. Additionally, clients do not have to pay for a scheduled cleaning until after the cleaning has been completed. We offer discounts for new, military, senior citizens, referrals, and repeat clients. We provide $20 off first time clients, military and senior citizens. Clients also receive a $25 discount for referrals. Additionally, reoccurring clients receive the following discounts: 15% monthly, 25% bi-weekly, and 30% weekly.
