Jump time was 5 even tho all were there by suggested 445 for what we thought was a 5-7 party. was 530ish when kids got to begin. At 630 we had to ask about pizza. It finally came at almost 7. The employees were just going to push some high top tables together. I don't think so for the over $300 paid. Did put us in a room finally. Kids were so thirsty, mind you drinks were to be included. Cash only so was difficult to even buy them something while waiting. Birthday girl just wanted to open her gifts and have cake. Not a very enjoyable experience. Not for what we paid. My son should have been offered something for the awful experience

I purchased the promotional deal 99 jumps for $99 and was told they never expire. My son used it twice and now they say they will no longer honor it. They never sent an email with the pass or any information and they don't keep records in their system. Just a waste of money. New owners are hateful and said they don't have to honor any promotional deals.

It is so awesome for the kids to be able to jump their heart away! Great service and the staff were great also! Definitely will return again!

Paid almost $300 for my entire family to come and jump. My husband and I both got socks and wrist bands to jump with all of the kids. The foam pits reek of urine and the bounce houses were filthy. Every bounce house/slide had food strung all over. They are only selling food to the parties. There are no nachos, pretzels or pizza for anyone else to buy. The employees seem completely lost and can't answer questions.

Depends on how long you want to jump one hour 20 two hour 35 plus the special sky zone socks but you only have to pay once for those. You can bring them back to reuse.
We had to fill out a separate waiver at each location. They keep them on file though so you don't have to fill it out if you visit the same location again.
