The young lady in the head scarf refused to give me her name . As well as give me a hotline number to call when I asked to speak to the general /district manager . I wasn’t seen that day or the day after because the same young women in the scarf , wouldn’t do her job properly to get me seen for a booster . I choose to go to a different facility, even though I’ve been coming here for 2 years due to the convenience and close proximity .

The girl with the head scarf has no idea what she is doing !!!!! I am a medical assistant in mt.Kisco and every time I go here she makes an excuse as to why she doesn’t know what the wrong . And there always seems to be an issue . She once yelled out loud IN REFERENCE TO ME THAT I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE!!! Which was super embarrassing with a room full of people . Even though I explained to her my job will cover the fee.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Went to this urgent care because I work nearby. I do not currently have a primary care doctor and needed a refill for my migraine medication. I have dealt with migraines my entire life (since 1st grade) and have struggled for a long time to find something that works. This doctor said “that’s too much” and would not prescribe the correct dosage. The lower dosage of the medication is in back order and not available, and would probably not do anything for me anyway. She had no interest in listening to me or my experience with the medication or the migraines. This is why I have such trouble trusting doctors.

The ladies running this place need basic customer service training. Rude AF and I'm guessing it's because every person who shows up walks in to ask the same questions: "I have an appointment do I wait inside?" and "How long is the walk-in wait?". There is plenty of paper and pens in this place so WRITE A DAMN SIGN and put it in the window so that you don't get annoyed by repeat questions. Then everybody knows what line is what and do they have the time to stand there waiting or not. That said, the wait here for testing is long because nobody inside moves at any pace faster than minimal. But the worst is, I made an appointment for a test on December 18th in anticipation of traveling for the holidays. Today is January 5th and I still have ZERO RESULTS. Do that math. Ridiculous.
