The intake takes too long. The wait time is too long. The front desk workers are rude and totally disengaged. The first question they ask after you tell why you’re there is “was it a work injury”. If you say no, they check out. I was there for over 2 hours for 30 minutes of time with the physician and X-rays. Having one doctor on call in that area that densely populated is ludicrous. Do better.

Been here more than a couple of times for myself, my wife, my child, and every time they are so nice and polite. The wait time is also relatively good. It does depend on how crowded the place is, but never had to wait more than 30minuts. The shortest was probably around 5 minuts or so. I’m ashamed I can’t recall the doctors name, but he’s always so nice and great with children. Thank you so much for taking care of us:)
